Shipping and Returns

Items will be shipped 2 days after order placement, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout dependent on your location.

Shipping fees and times:

Australia: 7€ — 2-5 business days

France: 10€ — 8-12  business days

EU: 15€ — 3-8 business days

UK: 15€ — 4-7 business days

Non-EU: 10-20€ — 8-15 business days

Once the order is completed with us and sent off, you will receive a notification and a tracking number. 

Please note

Slow Jeweller will not be held responsible for incorrect/invalid address input, and customs/import taxes in your country. If a parcel is sent back due to any of these reasons, the customer will cover extra shipping/return costs. (please check the customs/import taxes in your country, as well as any restrictions on receiving international post from France or Australia) 

Lost parcels

Slow Jeweller will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Standard packages are sent from either France or Australia, AUSPOST or La Poste cover loss or damage up to $200 however, international shipping companies may not reimburse this. We will always assist you in seeking help from postage companies in any way we can. For international post, we suggest selecting 'insured postage' at the checkout, which covers you for loss or damage of $2000 and requires a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges
